What information do we collect?

• We also collect information about gift recipients so that we can fulfill the gift purchase. The information we collect about gift recipients is not used for marketing purposes.

How do we protect visitor information?

When you place orders or access your personal information, we offer the use of a secure server. Do we use “cookies”?

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information unless we provide you with advance notice, except as described below. The term “outside parties” does not include JONES N-VAPE Brand Canada. It also does not include website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others’ rights, property, or safety.

However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.

How can you opt-out, remove or modify information you have provided to us?

• To modify your e-mail subscriptions, please let us know by modifying your preferences in the “My Account” section. Please note that due to email production schedules you may receive any emails already in production.
• To delete all of your online account information from our database, sign into the “My Account” section of our site and remove your shipping addresses, billing addresses & payment information or simply email info@jonesnvape.ca with the subject (remove my account). Please note that we may maintain information about an individual sales transaction in order to service that transaction and for record keeping.

Third party links

In an attempt to provide you with increased value, we may include third party links on our site. These linked sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these linked sites (including if a specific link does not work).

If your bank card has a credit card symbol on it please enter your bank card numbers in the Credit Card payment option that has the same credit card symbol shown on your bank card. (Visa/Mastercard) Even though you are entering your payment as a credit card payment it will be an e-Transfer using this payment method.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by scammers, competitors or dealers. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Orders will be shipped via UPS standard ground service. You will be e-mailed a tracking number when your order has shipped.

Please allow 1-3 business days once payment has been processed.

Once an item leaves JONESN-VAPE warehouse facility and a tracking number is provided, the package becomes responsibility of the carrier. Delays or delivery errors by Courier company like UPS is completely out of our control.

• Before we can create a investigation ticket with UPS, you must confirm that your package is not with your concierge, a family member or in your mailbox.
• We will also need in writing that you have not received the product and would like for us to create an investigation ticket.
• After an investigation ticket is opened with UPS, a copy will be sent to you.
• They will require confirmation from you of the whole thing.

Unfortunately, we must wait till UPS confirms that the package has been lost before we can process a credit or re-send the products to you. Else, they will find your package during their trace in a nearby facility and items will be delivered to you at the earliest.

• Accessories and Apparel: There are no warranties on accessories and/or apparel.
• Products on Clearance Sale: Any products that are on clearance are final sale and are not covered under product warranty OR return policy. Clearance products are always final sale with no exceptions.
• Discontinued Products: Products that are discontinued are no longer supported through our warranty replacement policy effective the time of discontinuance.
